Health and wellbeing
One of the great things about working for myself is the freedom to combine all the things I love doing.

Although a major part of my work is around leadership development training and coaching, I also enjoy working with individuals around health and wellbeing, either through 121 coaching, group work or short retreats.

It wasn't until my late 30s that I started to find a balance with my own weight, health and wellbeing. Now it's just ingrained into my day to day. I feel like I've finally reached the stage in my life where I’m comfortable and confident in my own skin, but it hasn’t always been like this and like everything in life, it takes ongoing practice to maintain!​

After attending many special Space to Be retreats in Eryri (Snowdonia), I am now one of a small group of authorised facilitators for Space to Be events and retreats, providing opportunities for more people to access these unique retreats across the country.
